Ok so a couple friends and I were at lunch in the cafe the other day when one of them decided to have a little staring contest with two other guys at the table behind ours. Well obviously he wasn't able to stare-down both of them at the same time. So he wished he could control his eye movement in making one eye look one way and the other eye in another way. Thus began our discussion.
My other friend mentioned of some cases in which individuals have that ability, and also the ability of singing two different voices simultaneously. A case in which an individual was able to control their heart beat also came up.
Well, my theory to this was, these individuals' special abilities have to be traced back to their genetics. They cannot be learned, simply because of the facts we learned in biology. For example, heart muscle is in-voluntary control. If a person is able to control his heart beat, this cannot be a learned process. Their unique ability must be traced back to their birth. It is because they were born that way. The answer lies in genetics. Something must have been different during their developmental process, and as a result of their acquired gene sequencing, they are born with such unique abilities. This is my take on it.
You can call it, Steev's Law!
